How to  
Prepare your raw chicken pieces pat them dry with paper towel to remove excess moisture 

Prepare the Pure Chon Korean Style batter mix according to the package instruction 

Fry the chicken that already been coated with the batter mix flour. Make your you do the deep fry with 175-degree Celsius hot oil. Carefully lower the chicken pieces into hot oil and fry them until they reach golden brown color and fully cooked. This process usually takes about 15 minutes depending on the size of chicken pieces. After take the chicken out of the fryer fry the them again to make it crispier. This is what we called double fry. 
Coat the fried chicken with your selected glazing sauce. Dip the brush with the sauce and glaze on the chicken. Ensuring your Korean fried chicken are evenly coated.
