สำหรับดองอาหารทะเล หอมกลิ่นซีอิ้ว
วิธีดอง- อาหารทะเลกุ้ง หอย กั้ง ปลาหมึกล้างอาหารทะเลให้สะอาด
เทน้ำดองให้ท่วมอาหารที่จะทำการดอง ดองไว้ 3-4ชั่วโมง หรือ ข้ามคืนในตู้เย็น(ช่องแช่เย็น)
ทานกับข้าวและสาหร่ายเพิ่มความแซ่บน้ำจิ้มซีฟู้ดหรือวาซาบิก็อร่อยนะคะ
ปลาแซลมอนหั้นปลาเป็นชิ้นพอคำ เทน้ำดองให้ท่วมอาหารที่จะทำการดอง
ทานกับข้าวและสาหร่ายเพิ่มความแซ่บน้ำจิ้มซีฟู้ดหรือวาซาบิก็อร่อยนะคะ

Korean-Style Seafood Marinade Sauce is available in 800 grams with easy to open cap seal. Put your raw king prawn crab lobster squid and eggs in the rich flavor of Korean style marinade sauce help you make the perfect Korean style meal. The sauce is a little bit salty sweet and Umami.
 
Cooking Tips
1.     Prepare raw seafood. Ensure your seafood is cleansed and fresh.

2.    
Pour the Korean Style marinade sauce over your seafoods and
leave them soak for 3-4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Put the garlic
and fresh chili on top in case you like to make it fresher.  
3.     Serve your marinated seafood with rice and seaweed for your delight meal. Enhance the flavor by dipping it with seafood dipping or wasabi.

Important Note:
Pure Foods Official shop has a full quality system assure for product quality and packing process. We produce the products under the guarantee of HACCP GMP and BRC the global British quality standards. We pack items securely to prevent the coincident breakage or damaged during the transportation. If your order includes multiple items or there is an empty space in the packing box the products may be damaged during the transportation time. However we are happy to send you the new one.
